Quotes and scope
Starting prices are estimates. Final pricing depends on scope, hardware, travel, installation conditions, and additional work approved by the customer.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing safe access, compatible equipment, required account credentials, and authorization to modify the relevant systems.
Third-party products
ATLTechDesk is not responsible for outages, policy changes, subscription fees, defects, or service limitations caused by third-party products and providers.
Data and backups
Customers should maintain current backups before service. Data recovery and advanced security services are excluded unless explicitly included in writing.
